Larry Klayman: Remove Robert Mueller as Special Counsel

Larry Klayman, Esq. has dedicated his career to fighting against injustice and restoring ethics to the legal profession and government. He became so well known that the NBC’s hit drama series “West Wing” created a character after him; “Harry Klaypool of Freedom Watch.” Mr. Klayman liked the name Freedom Watch so much he sought to register it as a trademark.

LARRY KLAYMAN AKA HARRY KLAYPOOL OF FREEDOM WATCH

URGENT PETITION     Sign the petition here
We the People Call On President Trump and Attorney General Sessions to Appoint Larry Klayman as Special Counsel to Investigate the Clinton Email, Uranium One, and Fusion GPS Scandals! We Also Support Freedom Watch’s Suit to Remove Robert Mueller as Special Counsel

Klayman had this to say upon filing the complaint to remove Mueller as special counsel:

“Robert Mueller is not a ‘man of integrity’ as the Washington, D.C., Democrat and Republican political establishment like to spin. He is just another pol who is representing his establishment benefactors in both political parties who want to see the presidency of Donald Trump destroyed. Regardless, he must be held accountable to the law and should not be able to do as he pleases to further his and his friends, like former FBI Director James Comey’s, political agenda. We are hopeful that the court will order Justice to do its job and conduct an expeditious and impartial investigation and then order Mueller to step down as special counsel. There are others, perhaps who practice outside of the Washington, D.C., swamp, who could step in and do an honest and conflict-free investigation of so-called Russian collusion.”

‘Justice investigation’ of Clintons likely a sham!

Cliven Bundy: “I’ve been a political prisoner for right at 700 days today.”

Judge throws out case against Bundys, bars retrial with stunning rebuke to federal prosecutors

Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy could have spent the rest of his life in jail, but instead he walked away Monday a free man, the case against him and his sons thrown out over what the judge decried as “outrageous” misconduct by federal prosecutors.

In a stunning rebuke, U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gloria Navarro scolded the prosecution for violating the due process rights of the four defendants — Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, and Ryan Payne — and dismissed the case “with prejudice,” meaning they cannot be retried on felony conspiracy and firearms charges stemming from the 2014 Nevada standoff.

“The court finds that the universal sense of justice has been violated,” said Judge Navarro, appointed to the bench by President Barack Obama in 2010, as reported by the Arizona Republic.

It operates as a near nullity or a fiction of law.”

Police Surveillance: Privacy Invading Radar Can ‘See’ Through Walls

Via: TomoNews US

At least 50 U.S. law enforcement agencies are now equipped with a radar device that allows them to detect human movement through the walls of houses.

The device known as Range-R operates as a highly sensitive Doppler motion detector, according to its official website.

It can detect human movement from a distance of up to 50 feet, the USA Today reports.

The device beams radar waves through a wall and calculates the distance of the target by analyzing the reflected waves, according to manufacturer L-3 Communications.

The device has a 160-degree conical field of view and can detect movements as slight as human breathing.

It works through brick as well as concrete, but cannot penetrate metal, according to the Inquisitr.

Use of the technology raises both legal and privacy issues and a 2001 U.S. Supreme Court ruling barred authorities from using high-tech sensors to scan inside someone’s home without first obtaining a search warrant.

Who is Watching the ‘Deep State’ Watchers?

Bill Binney Quotes:

” I should apologize to the American people. It’s (the NSA)                         violated everyone’s rights. It can be used to eavesdrop on the whole world.”

“FBI (and NSA) wants to know everything about you, and you’re not supposed to know anything about them.”

“The ultimate goal of the NSA is total population control”

Are you scared about Donald Trump having the NSA capabilities and powers in his hands?
“I look at it in this way: he is doing exactly as he said he would do in the campaign. During the campaign he said he would abide by the Constitution of the United States, now if he does that, he has to stop these programs, because they are unconstitutional, obviously. On the other hand, if he adopts this process, he is going to have the same powers as Obama had. That kind of power should not exist in any kind of government, because it really creates a totalitarian state. It’s like Stasi on super-steroids; instead of having folders with papers on everybody, they have everything that you do stored electronically, so it is a much more complete, up-to-date and mineable set of information and they can manipulate it, and do anything they want to you. That is the problem with it: no government should have it”. (read full interview)

Black Trump Supporter: “Sanctuary Cities Are Racist”

“When my people do a crime, they get three strikes, your people do a crime, they get amnesty”

Black Trump Supporter Blasts Sanctuary Cities: “All the Jobs Are Going to Illegals!

 by  Paul Joseph Watson

Video footage from a town hall meeting shows an African-American Trump supporter passionately slamming sanctuary cities as a racist assault on the black community.

“Sanctuary cities are racist – black communities have been destroyed by illegal immigration,” says the woman, adding that the situation called for a “second civil rights movement.”

Tracing her ancestry back to slave ships, the woman said, “I’m not going anywhere….sanctuary cities are racist, all the jobs are going to illegals….that is wrong, you’re not going to be allowed to get away with it….the black community has been destroyed by racist illegal immigration and we’re not gonna have it.”

“When my people do a crime, they get three strikes, your people do a crime, they get amnesty, they get benefits and they’re not paying taxes,” she added.

“Thank God for Trump, thank God for Sessions and you should be ashamed of yourselves, how dare you?” roared the woman, questioning why illegals were allowed to claim benefits for people living back in Mexico, while her own family members struggled in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

Trump has threatened to cut off federal funds to so-called “sanctuary cities” that prevent law enforcement from apprehending illegal aliens. Polls show that 56 per cent of Hispanics support Trump’s policy of deporting illegal immigrants with criminal records.

President Trump’s promise that he would help the inner cities and get back jobs that illegals have taken away from African-Americans is one of the reasons why Trump outperformed previous Republican candidates.

He beat Romney’s share of the black vote by 7 points also did better than Romney with Latinos by a margin of 8 points.

Polls found that 58.5 percent of Hispanic voters supported Donald Trump’s immigration policy compared to 32.9 percent for failed Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

Soros Funds ‘Problem-Reaction-Solution’

BILLIONAIRE GEORGE SOROS HAS TIES TO MORE THAN 50 ‘PARTNERS’ OF THE WOMEN’S MARCH ON WASHINGTON

by ASRA Q. NOMANI

As someone who voted for Trump, I don’t feel welcome, nor do many other women who reject the liberal identity-politics that is the core underpinnings of the march, so far, making white women feel unwelcomenixing women who oppose abortion and hijacking the agenda

To understand the march better, I stayed up through the nights this week, studying the funding, politics and talking points of the some 403 groups that are “partners” of the march. Is this a non-partisan “Women’s March”?” …..

By my draft research, which I’m opening up for crowd-sourcing on GoogleDocs, Soros has funded, or has close relationships with, at least 56 of the march’s “partners,” including “key partners” Planned Parenthood, which opposes Trump’s anti-abortion policy, and the National Resource Defense Council, which opposes Trump’s environmental policies. The other Soros ties with “Women’s March” organizations include the partisan MoveOn.org (which was fiercely pro-Clinton), the National Action Network (which has a former executive director lauded by Obama senior advisor Valerie Jarrett as “a leader of tomorrow” as a march co-chair and another official as “the head of logistics”). Other Soros grantees who are “partners” in the march are the American Civil Liberties Union, Center for Constitutional Rights, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch. March organizers and the organizations identified here haven’t yet returned queries for comment.

On the issues I care about as a Muslim, the “Women’s March,” unfortunately, has taken a stand on the side of partisan politics that has obfuscated the issues of Islamic extremism over the eight years of the Obama administration. “Women’s March” partners include the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has not only deflected on issues of Islamic extremism post-9/11, but opposes Muslim reforms that would allow women to be prayer leaders and pray in the front of mosques, without wearing headscarves as symbols of chastity. Partners also include the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which wrongly designated Maajid Nawaz, a Muslim reformer, an “anti-Muslim extremist” in a biased report released before the election. The SPLC confirmed to me that Soros funded its “anti-Muslim extremists” report targeting Nawaz. (Ironically, CAIR also opposes abortions, but its leader still has a key speaking role.)

‘Free State of Jones’: Pushback Against Injustice

History is full of drama and conflict. A new movie illustrates a chapter of Civil War history when Mississippi  citizens followed their conscience and used their limited guns to form a militia and pushback against slavery and economic injustice.

Via: Why I Wrote The Free State Of Jones by Victoria E. Bynum

I wrote The Free State of Jones: Mississippi’s Longest Civil War for professional and personal reasons. As both a historian and an individual, I am on the hunt for ordinary people who commit extraordinary acts. I am especially drawn to those who confront systems of power in unlikely ways alongside unlikely allies. In Civil War Jones County, Mississippi, deep in the so-called “solid” South, some 100 ordinary white farmers banded together to fight against the Confederate Army (a few of my distant kin were among them). Doing so earned them the label of outlaws. But outlaw means different things to different people. To pro-Confederate Mississippians, these were cowardly deserters. The core members of the Knight band, however, viewed themselves as principled Unionists.

In my book, I struggled against writing a “Great Man” history; I did not want to portray Newt Knight as the “Rambo” of Jones County dissent. Rather, I dug deep into historical records from NC, SC, GA, and MS, to uncover the cultural and class roots of those families who contributed the greatest number of participants in the Jones County uprising. I emphasized how earlier historical events—for example, the American Revolution and the opening of the Southwestern frontier—shaped attitudes toward authority and government among these plain folks of the Old South.”
