“A newspaper has three things to do.
One is to amuse, another is to entertain
and the rest is to mislead.” ( Ernest Bevin British Statesman)

HOW TO ANALYZE THE NEWS AND WHAT GOES ON AROUND YOU
by Joel Skousen
“Critical analysis of current events is a complex process that is not systematized or rigid. All the information you see or gather is, generally, a combination of truth, half-truths, and error. Filtering out the truth begins with finding reliable sources, as well as critically scrutinizing sources that are known to have a specific bias.”
“The purpose of the military is to start wars and change governments? It’s not to deter conflicts? We are going to invade countries?” – General Wesley Clark
General Wesley Clark at the Commonwealth Club in 2007:
“9/11 happened. And what happened in 9/11 is we didn’t have a strategy, we didn’t have bipartisan agreement, we didn’t have American understanding of it and we had instead a policy coup in this country, a coup, a policy coup. Some hard nosed people took over the direction of American policy and they never bothered to inform the rest of us.
I went through the Pentagon ten days after 9/11…and an officer from the Joint Staff called me into his office and said, I would want you to know, he said, sir, we are going to attack Iraq. And I said, why? He said, we don’t know. He said. I said, will they tie Saddam to 9/11? He said, no he said but I guess, it’s they don’t know what to do about terrorism and so, they think they can attack states and they want to look strong is all, I guess they think if they take down a state, it will intimidate the terrorists and you know what its like that old saying, he said, if the only tool you have is a hammer, then every problem has to be a nail.
Well I walked out of there pretty upset and then we attacked Afghanistan. I was pretty happy about that, we should have. And then I came back to the Pentagon about six weeks later, I saw the same officer, I said why why haven’t we attacked Iraq? We are still going to attack Iraq, he said, oh sir he says, it’s worse than that. He said he pulled up a piece of paper of his desk, he said, I just got this memo from the Secretary of Defense’s office, it says we are going to attack and destroy the governments in seven countries in five years. We are going to start with Iraq and then we are going to move to Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran, seven countries in five years. I said, is that a classified memo? He said, yes sir. I said; well don’t show it to me, he was about to show it to me, cause I wanna talk about it. And I sat on this information for a long time, for about six or eight months, I was so stunned by this, I couldn’t begin to talk about it. And I couldn’t believe it would really be true, but that’s actually what happened. These people took control of the policy in the United States…”
“And I put that aside. It was like a nugget that you hold on to. This country was taken over by a group of people with a policy coup, Wolfowitz and Cheney and Rumsfeld and you could name a half dozen other collaborators from the Project for a New American Century. They wanted us to destabilize the Middle East, turn it upside down, make it under our control. It went back to those comments in 1991. Now did anybody tell you that? Was there a national dialogue on this? Did senators and congressman stand up and denounce this plan? Was there a full fledged American debate on it? Absolutely not; and there are still isn’t, and that’s why we are failing in Iraq, because Iran and Syria know about the plan.”
“A series of attacks in and around Paris on Friday night left 129 dead and 352 wounded. The attacks included three explosions at the Stade de France, a siege of the Bataclan theatre, and shootings/bombings at restaurants throughout the city.”
If you are like me, when the ‘official story’ is repeated ‘ad nauseam’, I keep an open mind and look at what credible sources are finding that may contradict the ‘official story’ of the Sandy Hook School shooting.
I have questions, when:
basic questions are not answered. When anomalies are ignored and not addressed. When laws are changed so that public information is now not allowed. When evidence is destroyed.
Monday 8-4-2014 Wolfgang Halbig discussed New Sandy Hook Strangeness With Jeff Rense.
If the ‘official story’ was true, why would asking questions be a problem? Why would information about porta potty rentals be classified? Thats right, somebody ordered porta potties at Sandy Hook within 3 hours but no trauma helicopters were dispatched to the worst school shooting in history.
“We refuse to let our knowledge, however limited, be informed by your ignorance, however vast.” ― David Ray Griffin
Anyone who types the words “9/11” and “conspiracy” into an online search engine soon learns that not everybody buys the official narrative of what took place on Sept. 11, 2001. As a professor emeritus at the Claremont School of Theology, 66-year-old David Ray Griffinwould seem to have more affinity for leather elbow patches than tin hats, yet after friends and colleagues prodded him into sifting through the evidence, he experienced a conversion. “For the first year and a half I just accepted the conventional view … that this was blowback for our foreign policy. When a colleague suggested to me … forces within our own government had arranged it, I didn’t accept that. Then several months later another colleague sent me a website that had a timeline. Once I … saw all those stories drawn from mainstream sources that contradicted the official account, I decided I needed to look into it more carefully, and the more I looked, the worse it got. The fact that Building 7 … collapsed when it had not been hit by an airplane … that’s a smoking gun. The fact that standard operating procedures were not followed that morning, and we’ve gotten three different stories now by the U.S. military as to why they did not intercept the planes, that’s a smoking gun. The 9/11 commission simply ignored those questions. The official account itself is a conspiracy theory. It says that 19 Arab Muslims…conspired to pull off this operation. The question is not whether one is a conspiracy theorist about 9/11. It’s which conspiracy theory do you find most supported by the evidence?” (source)
“When, O Catiline, do you mean to cease abusing our patience? How long is that madness of yours still to mock us? When is there to be an end of that unbridled audacity of yours, swaggering about as it does now? Do not the nightly guards placed on the Palatine Hill—do not the watches posted throughout the city—does not the alarm of the people, and the union of all good men—does not the precaution taken of assembling the senate in this most defensible place—do not the looks and countenances of this venerable body here present, have any effect upon you? Do you not feel that your plans are detected? Do you not see that your conspiracy is already arrested and rendered powerless by the knowledge which every one here possesses of it? What is there that you did last night, what the night before— where is it that you were—who was there that you summoned to meet you—what design was there which was adopted by you, with which you think that any one of us is unacquainted?”
